Annie is a wonderful little Rough coated terrier from New Zealand and is my husbands dog. I could not train her because of medical reasons when she was a pup so have many steps to make up on. The books I used were Ian Dunbar's "Before You Get Your Puppy" and "After You Get YOur Puppy"
18th September 2011. We are attending Central Coast Dog Obedience training class and taking their Canine Community Awareness 8 weeks Course, hopefully will graduate in three weeks time.
At present I am teaching Settle then eventually I want to teach this. - the Easy Button, the Skateboard and to carry a pretty little bag I found in an Op. shop.
22nd September 2011- The skateboard is coming along nicely. I can tow Annie in front of the house, If she hops off she hops straight back on again, beginning to realise she gets treats on the board.YES!
1ST OCTOBER 2011.
Annie has had a week off from training, I started her on the dumbell today, always had a problem with picking up and delivering to hand, she is now in the process of doing it.

Annie is learning to target a red box.
